What is this repository for?

  • This repository is for a continuous 3D spectral element code for solving the acoustic wave equation in a moving, in-homogenous, incompressible flow.

How do I get set up?

  • Pull a copy of the repository and compile.

  • Dependencies:

    1. MPI 3.0 (tested with openmpi and mpich2).

    2. Fortran 2003 compiler (only tested with gfortran 4.8)

    3. BLAS (tested with ACML and the reference implementation)

    4. HDF5 dev tools

  • No testing framework currently exists.
