Source code for IDEAL.

The dataset directory is empty at the first time. Once the codes are runned, datasets will be downloaded from public sources and stored locally.

Running

python ppi_main.py

Revise the hyperparameters in parsers.py file according to our article. Several hyperparameters that are not specified in our paper should remain unchanged. And then run:

python main.py
