Tools to Create MOD-LSP MODIS-Based Parameters for the Variable Infiltration Capacity (VIC) Model over the Continental United States, Mexico, and Southern Canada, v1.7

These are the tools that were used to create the first version of MOD-LSP VIC parameters.

New in v1.7:

• Moved user-specific information for MODIS download to a config file, a template of which has been added to the examples directory.
• Added missing $lcpfx argument to batch scripts.
• Fixed missing/misnamed variables in gapfill_vic_params.py.
