FreETarget version 4.0.x
new features:

• the target now supports rapid fire events: Standard Pistol, Center Fire Pistol (both precision and duel), Sport Pistol, etc. The target will turn off the lights instead of the red/green semaphore.
• spoken commands for ISSF rapid fire events ("LOAD", "ATTENTION", etc.)
• no display of scoring: disable the target rings and the score display for training or even during competition, so to not focus on score but on process. Actual score is saved and can be viewed later in the journal
