Revert "Fix link to GETTING_STARTED" so that links on rubydoc.info work

Yeah, I'd rather it work in the documentation than on Github, though, since the docs on Github are always ahead of the latest release.

The best combination would be:

  • Link works on Github
  • Link works on rubydoc.info
  • I don't have to update the link for every release

But I haven't found a way to do that.
