How to use

Copy open_github_prs.10m.rb into your BitBar folder
Create a GitHub auth token on https://github.com/settings/tokens
Add the new token to the plugin script (GITHUB_AUTH_TOKEN)
Add all users you want to watch to the array GITHUB_USERS
