- add get-latest-google-fonts folder, including 2 php files to request latest fonts from Google and return formated list to update plugin.
- update font loading process to get ALL available fonts - add select to send sorted query to Google

Hello,
I updated Google font list to latest fonts with all weights/variants
and added get-latest-google-fonts folder, including 2 php files to request latest fonts from Google using API and return formatted list to update plugin's fonts.
Users will only have to get their own API key to get latest Google fonts, and can modify request to get custom font list.
