reorganized structure
uf.ttl.zip unzipped and split into smaller files
openvivo.ttl.zip unzipped and split into smaller files
Readme.md files aligned with new structure

How should this be tested?

I have tested each sample data set using the following work in progress. openvivo and uf did not appear to load. I have waited a bit and attempted reindex.
