The programming interface to the Contest Super Simulator is defined in COM automation. Pretty much any Windows programming technology can access it. C++ programming interface to the Contest Super Simulator is demonstrated in CPP folder. C# programming interface is in the CS folder. And, just to prove the point, Example.js shows that the Windows Scripting host can even call it.
