This repository contains the MrBayes script ("min2.I1.5.mb") used for the gene content analysis of Pisani et al. 2015. In order to run this script you must use MrBayes 3.2.6 r1067 or later. You can download the latest release of MrBayes here (version 3.2.6 r1069 as of November 25, 2015).

You can download the original dataset of Ryan et al. 2013 from here. You must convert the alignment file ("min2.I1.5.phy") from Phylip (sequential) format to NEXUS format (e.g. using this site), and set the datatype to "restriction".
