Chime is a Chrome/Firefox extension which speak time at 15min interval.
Chime improves your time conciousness.

Chime reminds you that time passes. It speaks time at 15 mins interval (default).

Open extension option page and select your favorite language (English or Japanese is recommended but works for the others).
You need to install additional software to use text2speech feature of Firefox. for example,
sudo pacman -S speech-dispatcher festival festival-us
yay -S festival-freebsoft-utils
sudoedit /etc/speech-dispatcher/speechd.conf
