one pass with black, and strings changed to fstrings where necessary fernet key var changed to `fk` from `f` encode/decode data moved into own var for clearer reference utility functions for colour text

Some general source readability improvements (a
blackpass, and then fstring conversion), along with some readme updates for better rendering on GFMI don't have any vulnerable devices to test against, so I do advise testing this branch before landing it.
