Display tweaks

Change state file extension to .jrpn

Fixes bugs around the state file, and changes the preferred extension to .jrpn, instead of .xml.
This prepares the field for sharing state with the Android app.

1.0 release

Looks fine on Windows, so advancing to released (version 1.0).
This release tweaks the appearance a bit, makes the off button work, and adds a Jupiter icon. Also the config and calculator state files have been moved to the directory ~/.jrpn.

This release fixes a couple of display issues on OSX. When I get a chance, I'll make sure it still looks good on Windows, and then call it 1.0.

Hopefully completes the switchover to Java RPN: Updates URLs to the user's guide and JRPN main page,
e.g. in the about screen. Adds embedded font to get rid of missing glyph issues on the keys.

I still haven't tested on Mac, and it's been a while since I've tested on Windows :-)

Completely Jovial-ified: Changed name to JRPN, added Jupiter icon, etc.

Fixed flash-on-startup, and other miscellaneous minor bugs.

Before I can call this FCS, I still need to create the external web site, update the screenshots, and update the help and about screens to reflect the JRPN fork of WRPN. But other than these cosmetic issues, I think it's pretty solid now.

Small cleanups, possibly slightly smoother launching, and a hack to make the square root symbol a little nicer. I still haven't tested on Mac, so this is still beta.

I like the way this looks, and I don't see any obvious improvements to make. Some of the new code could use a bit of cleanup/refactoring, and I've only tested on Linux so far.
