In order to let it be under more direct control by the people actually hacking on it I (Zed) have created the https://github.com/mongrel2/mongrel2 project under the Mongrel2 organization.
I'll be deleting this project shortly after they've done the move over. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
