A complete flow can be found via Data_Analysis/run_bashfile.sh

• Data_Analysis/M_stage.R fits the first stage mediator model.

• Data_Analysis/Y_stage.R fits the second stage outcome model.

• Data_Analysis/Descriptive_Analysis.R runs descriptive analysis for the data.

• Data_Analysis/Clean_Data.R does the data-preprocessing.

Simulation related scripts can be under dir Simulation.
