array items in request params are now placed in CDATA. previously the library would try to encode using HTMLEntities library, but this library is no longer included as a dependency for the client (i.e. it was broken)

The simple theme only had 350px and it looked ugly when Japanese UI was displayed because texts were wrapped. Gave a bit more width.
