I still have questions here that are noted in the current changes:

• Do applicants still need to be part of the opensafely organisation to apply?
• Are we using applications@opensafely.org email for any application queries? (The existing form does still tell applicants to email Amir directly.)
• What happens if the form is updated by a staff reviewer? Does the applicant get a notification, or do they need to periodically look at the state themselves?
• How does the approval and follow-up process for onboarding work? Does Amir contact applicant and researchers for more details before approval?

Perhaps @amirmehrkar or @ghickman can advise on these missing pieces of knowledge?

I think we should, even if it's only you checking it to start with @amirmehrkar, happy with that?

No notifications currently, but we should do that to save them effectively polling the form. Captured in opensafely-core/job-server#1254
