There is a test condition matrix used in the main test clojure pass, vs cljs just runs on ubuntu, so might as well run it as it's own little test.
Script now shows command run + appropriate bash error handling

add .clj-kondo/config.edn and it starts traversing
also prefer ;; over ; for indentation

Add clj-kondo and clj-format linting checks during CI
This works now, but kondo testing is currently only running on test namespaces as there are two many failures on the main branch to address just yet.
