PPT NDI (20190427)

Release Note (20190427):

1. ADD: An installer has been added as an alternative to the 7z file
2. FIX: Hidden slides were displayed in NEXT. (Classic mode)
3. FIX: Could not load images from slides. (Classic mode)
4. FIX: Glitches upon a fast slide transition (PowerPoint Slidshow mode)
