在用cascade-picker组件时，在手机端如果用一只手指在最左列向上滑，另一只手指在第二列向下滑（或者反过来尝试多次），有一定几率会产生一个取数据错位的bug。
我的解决方法就是：设定一个全局的锁，这样有picker的一列正在滚动时，另外的列就会被禁止滚动，这样就能规避掉多个手指操作的问题。
