Customize the multiplier for maximum gold in the inventory and stash.

Install:
	* Copy goldlim.dll to your game or mod dir
	* Load goldlim.dll with a loader (PlugY, etc)

Configure:
	* Copy goldlim.ini to your game or mod dir
	* Edit as needed
