Can we call this folder mintlify
instead of docs2
?
Or if fully replacing just docs
I'd opt for replacing /docs, but wasn't sure how far I'd get when i created docs2. Happy to replace in this pr. |

Migrated documentation from Docusaurus to Mintlify in a new /docs2 folder, preserving content and structure while preparing for a full platform switch. This includes new MDX docs, updated navigation, and scripts for checking links and images.
