I'm so not used to updating manifests 😅

I think you probably tried doing this one manaully since wingetcreate would've failed for this one (because 1.10 had an additional arm installer, and this one doesn't and wingetcreate requires the number of installers to be the same). Moving forward a simple command like this should work

wingetcreate update Microsoft.AppInstaller --version 1.26.400.0 --urls "https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli/releases/download/v1.11.400/Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller_8wekyb3d8bbwe.msixbundle" --submit
