• Add multi-language (i18n) support
• Add running args
• Add only some roles that can control the BOT, also when you didn't set up the roles that can control BOT, BOT will automate change the control permissions to everyone

Fix

• I fixed response only have Chinese (Taiwan) one language to two languages (en-US, zh-TW)
