Description

special_ruins is renamed to gaia/ruins/
special_treasure is renamed to gaia/treasure/

- there seems to be a mistake in 48fdd6c
- the templates were renamed:
  - from: <Template>other/special_treasure_...</Template>
  - to: <Template>structures/special_treasure_shipwreck</Template>
- they should have been renamed
  - to: <Template>gaia/treasure/...</Template>


          fix: replace special_treasure with gaia/treasure/
