fix some bugs and add new portfolio

Update

1. From spider writeup now if you reload the writeup you don't see again and again decrept page you only need to provide one time hash

2. in many browser my website favicon is not showing but it's fixed

3. many people ask me to hide my images because if someone see my repo they can easily see writeup images without root-hash so now from spider writeup this issue is also fixed
