TO create load module like .LOAD then it must be PDS, DSNTYPE = LIBRARY, RECFM: U and DSORG: PO or PO-E

dont enter anything in load module , It will store object fill when you run RUN-JCL file because it content IGYWCLG program.

store IGYWCLG.jcl in any directory, copy from my github repo.
