Describe the bug

The WordPress.org readme validator currently shows a warning for ignored contributors.

This is due to the user BrentSchultz not existing on WordPress.org.

An alternative may be to ask Brent to create a WordPress.org account.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Validate readme.txt against WordPress markdown validator
  2. Visit https://profiles.wordpress.org/BrentSchultz/, observe page is not found
