Add Lyko1 hack for NES, Crazy Kong City for spectrum and Monkey Moon for Intellivision
Add IntyKong - which I adapted from Monkey Moon on Intellivision, replaces Wildman Jump on the arcade floor.
Add support for Colour Genie EF2000 with "Colour Kong 32" clone. Add to arcade floor replacing DK+
Add Logger to C64
Add support for Jupiter Ace with Kong clone
Donkey Kong PC clone added to DOS
Some stability improvements

pygame-menu patched to generate the game list quicker - on first use. Pauline announces the %age progress.
WinXP updated to latest version
