Convert JavaScript template language page from .md/Liquid to .11ty.js #422

Here’s my attempt to cash in on #421. I did not change the wording or the coding examples on this pass. I merely went for as direct a translation from the Liquid-fied/Nunjucks-ed Markdown as I could manage.

The failed checks here look ominous. Is it because I’m being so brash as to suggest deleting a file? Or did I do something more heinous? One thing I can tell you, the page I rendered from the *.11ty.js I wrote looks exactly the same as the existing docs.

Ah—really sorry but I think I’m going to punt on this one. There is some good value in keeping the docs consistent, especially with community contributions.
