Setting permalink for directory

I have this directory structure:

/blog/
/pl/blog/

Can I rename /blog/ into /en/ and /pl/blog/ into /pl/ and set the output directory for them to be my original directories?

the solution works:

change my blog/blog.json into en/en.json and put:

  "permalink": "/blog/{{ page.fileSlug }}/"
}
