Diffs around minor errors

ATF changed a number of phrases (particularly in table headers) from or to using hyphens to break words. Currently, we're showing all of these diffs, but perhaps that's not the right approach. Similarly, we currently display changes due to typos, switching periods to emdashes, etc.

To close this issue, we should have a discussion and settle on whether or not these or similar changes should appear in the diffs.
