This is an 18F presentation about Docker.
It also contains an example Dockerized Flask-based app that can be deployed to cloud.gov; see the flask-example directory for more information.
To develop the slides, just run:
npm install
npm start
This should open your browser and point it at a development server. If it doesn't, visit http://localhost:8000.
