Pulls info on all the bureaus and offices, related statues, etc. Some sort of visualization and mapping. What are the stages of the process.

Deloitte provided updated content and mockup. @ericronne has been thinking about how to display on the homepage. @meiqimichelle to work on transitioning content to site architecture/design.
