On the replatformed Accessibility Guide, the "Other .Gov Accessibility sites" link in the navigation yields a 404.

We need to investigate and remedy prior to completing the migration of the Accessibility Guide.

I found the fix to this—missing trailing slash on the markdown permalink. Here's a PR for it.
