The "Compare by Purpose" table needs to be completed.

Yep. The code is written here: https://github.com/18F/openFEC/pull/1067. We're just waiting on the finished list of purpose categories.

Suggestion #2 from Christian: Add an "Other" or "Miscellaneous" category to catch everything that doesn't fit into the predefined categories
