overview

square_timer_div2 is not working correctly. (threshold value test)
- see https://wiki.nesdev.com/w/index.php/Emulator_tests
sound is similar with nes but not good
irq not working
only 240Hz
timer not run(relaly on webaudio)
to do refactor follow (https://github.com/fogleman/nes/blob/b2c994703237bdbe006c52809fecbbbc9ac35dd6/nes/apu.go)
