I just need to find a good storage option that works for both Electron and normal browsers.
And I should include a format version number for upgrading.

Implement settings persistence

Addresses #5

This persists just one setting so far ("Swap Mouse Buttons").
I tested it in-browser by disabling hiding that setting in browsers.
