Old Mice are missing from razermouse_driver.c

In 1kc/razer-macos#550, I discovered numerous old mice are present in the frontend, razermouse_driver.h, & razerdevice.c, but absent from razermouse_driver.c resulting in no functionality.

• Naga Hex (Red)

• Ouroboros
• Taipan

I'll fix Deathadder Chroma & Deathadder 3500. However, given the quantity, I'd appreciate help in fixing the others on this list. Furthermore, I think we should audit the other device types to ensure they do not have the same issue.
