Implement Thunderbolt 4 Dock Chroma support

For what it's worth, I pulled this update and rebuilt the submodule. I can verify that it works with my Razer Thunderbolt 4 Dock.

How do we update the release we have to have this code for running the dock?

I finally figured out how to setup my own dev distribution with the current code, if that works when I get home I imagine thats the only way to get the current code until they actually release a new version with the updates already packaged.

I just installed version v0.4.7 and my Dock doesn't appear in the list of available devices, not even after refreshing. I've compiled the project on my own to see logs, but I don't see anything either.

@avegao 1kc/librazermacos#17 I think this PR has to be merged. I confirmed it works after I replaced librazermacos with the PR one.
