A. Cell area detection using RICM images A1. Prepare images with single cell (DIC or RICM) and save them in a folder A2. Set parameters in SaveCellArea3_folder.m A3. Run SaveCellArea3_folder.m A4. Binary images will be generated based on set parameters. A5. Choose the best ones and save them in a folder for further analysis (cell area or shape). A6. Set parameters in AnaCellArea_and_Fsignal_subFolders.m *This script also anlayze the signal intensity in another channel. set fluorChan = 0 if you do not need it. A6. AnaCellArea_and_Fsignal_subFolders.m A6. A result file will be generated.
