Dev Setup

Install python 3.8+
Install Google Cloud cli (https://cloud.google.com/sdk/docs/install)
Get a copy of Google Cloud credential file, save into file such as ./hate-crime-tracker-7d52738f7212.json
To run against Google Cloud Hate Crime Tracker project, run ./run.sh
To debug against local firebase emulator, install Google Cloud firebase emulator by following instruction at: https://firebase.google.com/docs/emulator-suite
Start firstore local emulator with firebase emulators:start
Run ./run_local.sh to run against local firebase emulator
