Classic and GrandMaster EXTRA don't respect the randomizer mod

I've set the randomizer to c2 using a mod (which should override mode settings), yet Classic still uses rand and GrandMaster EXTRA still uses hisPool.

In the video, I first entered GrandMaster EXTRA (notice the hisPool pattern - this shouldn't happen), later I entered Master HARD (c2 pattern - this should happen).

Mods used to override mode settings, but ever since the code for modes split into eventsets and the mode itself (which was quite a while ago), it no longer does that. I'm not sure if it's intentional or not, so I'm keeping this up.
