[Bug]: V2RayN 6.45 conflicts with Cisco AnyConnect Client 5.0

预期情况

V2RayN should not conflicts with Cisco AnyConnect Client 5.0

实际情况

After install Cisco AnyConnect Client 5.0 on my Windows 11 laptop, the V2RayN frequently cannot connect the V2Ray server (server config: KCP).
Using V2RayN on a fresh installation of Windows 11, it has no such problem.

复现方法

Install Cisco AnyConnect Client 5.0 on Windows 11, then reboot. Cisco AnyConnect Client will automatically start after Windows login.

Open V2RayN, it frequently cannot connect the V2Ray server (server config: KCP).
Exit Cisco AnyConnect Client in Taskbar, then stop Cisco AnyConnect Client related services in services.msc, this V2RayN bug solved.
