• Final push on Docs about AWS hubs and CI/CD automation infrastructure#717 which is ready to be merged!
• Support tickets and informed transition for the next support steward, @consideRatio
• Discussed with @choldgraf about cost-allocation on our shared clusters
• Pre-warm the PaleoHack hub for the event, Dedicated nodes pool for the Paleohack hub event infrastructure#789
• Help with the PaleoHack outage, [Incident] PaleoHack User sessions won't start infrastructure#790

Challenges I faced and things I'd like assistance with 🙏

• I think the support role transition process should span 2/3 days where both out/in steward are responsible for the tickets/events/suppot_stuff. I think this is what actually happened last week (for good!), but I think it should be codified in our docs maybe, so all the expectations are aligned?

• I finished up much of the Alpha service offering description and rationale #262 and am now waiting for feedback from CS&S before moving forward
• Have been working on some collaborations that we might pursue (https://github.com/2i2c-org/meta/issues/252 and https://github.com/2i2c-org/meta/issues/251)

Challenges I faced and things I'd like assistance with 🙏

• I've gotten some feedback that people like the "Daily team standup" questions in Slack more than the weekly team sync GitHub issue...this makes me wonder if we should just convert this weekly issue into only using the Slack bot, and finding another way to signal to the broader community what we have been working on...

• I'm working all week, but will be attending EOSS for much of it, and am in KC with family so might be a bit distracted here and there

• Prepared the way for going live with prod at the start of next week. Got some dask scaling tests into our deployer and drafted an announcement blog post.

• Will be attending CZI meeting as much as possible on Tue/Wed/Thu which starts at 3pm UTC each day
