We had a support page / .md file that had become very large, so this PR breaks it apart and colocates support related things in a folder.
This PR meant to do nothing besides breaking apart the support page.
There were already the
Initial timeboxed (30m) ticket resolution checklistnext to this support document - this was then also organized inside this new folder.Note that the "Overview" previousy expanded to make pages listed twice - this is now fixed also.
