[Feature request] Improve search on dropdown from query form fields

Current behavior
When creating a new record or editing an existing one, dropdown from query has a search feature that works for the begining of the string matched.

Expected behavior
Search could be improved, matching any part of the string, and allowing wildcards.

Also, many languages uses accents like áõê, and the search could convert both sides of the search to "aoe".
