Current Behavior / Expected Behavior

ImageFlow currently still in a fairly old version.

ImageFlow should now be FIPS compliant - see FIPS issue with Encryption and possibly Image-Resizer #2988 and FIPS problem with SHA1 Hash in BucketCounter and maybe elsewhere imazen/imageflow-dotnet-server#71 and
