Issue Description

dsrc could have a global instance in /etc/dirsrv/dsrc.conf. This can be layered in inside of src/lib389/lib389/cli_base/dsrc.py.

During setup and remove, we should add and remove the new instance to the global dsrc to enable transparent administration. These should be ldapi with autobind.
