Issue Description

Currently UI hardcodes the password storage scheme options. This needs to be improved. Ideally we should be getting the list of schemes from the server config (CLI RFE), and not by hardcoding the schemes into the UI code.

Description:  Previously all the password storage schemes were hardcoded
              in the UI.  Now dsconf can list all the current schemes the
              server supports
